JACK supports templated schedules that link directly to tasks. Schedules can be viewed in multiple formats — e.g. Gantt chart, calendar view, list or planner mode. When you move a scheduled item, connected tasks/timeline items will shift automatically
You can create tasks tied to a job, assign them to team members or roles, attach files or photos, add messages or notes, use checklist items, set reminders (via email or SMS), and view tasks in a pipeline or list view.
A Selection Set is a group of options presented to a client (or decision), linked to a cost category. The client can choose among options; selections may be single-choice or multiple-choice. If costs change due to selections (when compared to budgeted amounts), those changes show up as variations in the job budget.
Team members can submit timesheets against specific jobs or cost categories. JACK tracks labour costs, and you can see where actual labour costs deviate from estimates. There is also integration to sync those timesheets to Xero for payroll.
Yes. You can set up a custom pipeline view of all job statuses via Settings → Data Setup → Job Status. You can add new statuses or edit existing ones, and re-order statuses to suit how you want your job pipeline displayed.
