Yes! Jack has a drag and drop pipeline view of all leads so you can easily see where each lead is in your sales process.

Can Jack automate my internal workflow?

Absolutely he can. Jack gives you the ability to create automatic actions from triggers that you can create. For example, you could set that when a lead has been in the status "NEW LEAD" for 5 days > send them a "FOLLOW UP EMAIL" and change their status to "FOLLOW UP SENT"

Can I send my client custom documents and take payments online?

Of course! With Jack’s Proposal and Payment feature, you can seamlessly create custom documents and send them through to your client for their digital signature. After they sign, they'll be taken straight to Jack's online payment portal.
